APP.COM SEASIDE PARK — A fundraiser will be held March 20 to help a paramedic with a rare form of cancer.

Natalie Shepherd, a Beachwood resident, has leiomyosarcoma, and she is a paramedic with Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Service Corp. and a former Tri-Boro First Aid Squad member. The event, a spaghetti dinner, will be held from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad building on J Street in Seaside Park.
